What is a Buyer Approval
A community association can require that a buyer be subject to an approval process and has the right to stop the sale of a home to a potential buyer if they fail to interview with the association, withhold pertinent information, have a criminal past, or show signs of financial irresponsibility. Not all associations will require buyer approval, which is why it's important to check before closing.
