Although this year was trying, we’re really grateful for the way the industry and our teams responded. We even had a client comment that they had no clue we had gone almost 100% remote because we didn’t miss a beat. That sort of feedback means a lot. We really believe in what we’ve set out to do at PropLogix, and that’s to help title professionals get to closing with confidence.
As is tradition, we put together this (albeit, cheesy) end of year rap-up video. This is our 4th so far and it looks WAY different than all the rest. While we saw a lot of each other from the shoulders up, it forced us to find new ways to connect with our colleagues, customers, and industry partners.
Here are a few of our most notable highlights along the way:
We went (almost) 100% remote
In mid-March, our leadership team was quick to send teams home to protect their health and safety. For a while there, almost no one was in the gigantic office we had purchased and then moved into just weeks before. We felt fortunate to already have many processes and equipment in place to make it possible for team members to work from home.
Our team grew by more than 40%
When we say we went from less than 200 employees to almost 300 SINCE the start of the pandemic, it’s not an exaggeration. Our HR team has been recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training like you wouldn’t believe.
We hosted 17+ webinars
Whether it was to get title professionals remote continuing education credits or help with pandemic related issues, we held a record 17 webinars this year. Looking back, it seems insane to think we fit that many into this year and we thank all the guests who helped us bring helpful insights to our customers and audience! Our podcast, Title Talks, launched
Season one is in the books! In this show, Amanda Farrell interviews title industry leaders and discusses issues like Remote Online Notarization, blockchain, and AI. We’ve had notable guests such as ALTA CEO, Diane Tomb, and the Fund’s Melissa Murphy. Give it a listen.
Our RON tool, ProperSign, launched
When the world shut down we got to work developing a platform that would allow agents and notaries to securely and remotely eSign and eNotarize documents. Not only does it check all the boxes, but customers also say that it’s the most user-friendly platform of its kind. Check it out.
