Data from the State of the Title Industry Report tells us that although women account for nearly 80% of the industry, they only occupy 20% of leadership roles in the title and settlement sphere. This episode’s guest is Kim Whitlock, is hoping to see that change. Kim works for Westcor, a woman-led title insurance underwriter, but she’s also the founder of Women in Title – an organization providing support and a chance for networking and fellowship among women in the industry.
