PropLogix, the leading national provider of technology, and technology-enabled real estate due diligence services, has acquired Florida due diligence provider Proptective. Formerly a channel partner of PropLogix, Proptective customers will now have direct access to PropLogix’s wide range of services and customer service.
Proptective is a Florida-based company that offers municipal lien searches and HOA research. As the company has partnered with PropLogix in the past, customers will feel minimal friction in this transition.
