Relief Efforts For Those Impacted by Hurricane Ian

MEDIA RELEASE

October 5, 2022

To help those impacted by Hurricane Ian, PropLogix will host a blood drive to benefit Southwest Florida patients displaced by Hurricane Ian, as well as host a food drive to benefit a local pantry. They have also begun a fundraising campaign to help employees who lost their homes or are displaced as a result of the storm.

The company will host a food drive and blood drive at their Sarasota headquarters on Friday, October 7. They have also set up a Go Fund Me account to help members of the PropLogix team who need financial help felt after Hurricane Ian.

“We have members of our community and our own team who lost homes and were displaced by the storm. It’s important to us that we help our neighbors in any way we can,” said PropLogix CEO, Jesse Biter.

During the storm, the PropLogix office was used as a shelter for several employees and their families who needed a safe place to stay during the storm and since. With a large kitchen and showers, employees have been welcome to utilize the facilities for as long as they and their families need.
