When a new survey order is placed, our Surveys team receives confirmation and begins to invite surveyors in the surrounding area of the property to provide us with a quote(s). After 24 hours we then present the quote(s) we have received through an email.  In this email the you will have the opportunity to select which quote(s) is best for you. These quote(s) will not have the surveyor’s name, just the amount and turnaround time (in business days) and the process will not begin until you accept or inform us that you are ready to move forward with the order. 

The quote(s) are valid for 30 days

Some surveyors require payment in order to begin while others accept obtaining payment after completion. This is why we provide that information upon selecting a quote.
