For Companies Suddenly Left Without Vendors, PropLogix May Be Able to Help

SARASOTA, Florida — PropLogix remains fully operational as some offshore vendors for tax
certificates, municipal lien searches, and other closing due diligence services have had to halt
operations due to COVID-19.

The company said it has the capacity to take on more orders from title professionals who need
an immediate solution for these services, which also includes HOA certificates and release
tracking.

“We all want to ensure that closings can still happen. From enhanced precautions to drive-
through and digital closings, this industry is finding safe and secure ways to serve buyers and
sellers during a crisis and we’re here to help the people making that possible,” Jesse Biter,
PropLogix owner, and CEO.

The company took early precautions for its nearly 200 employees and has been operating
almost 100% remote since March 17; a transition it was able to make within 36 hours.

“Professionals in every industry are trying to find ways to adjust. Our first priority is the health of
our people and community,” explained Tim Healy, President of Operations. “That’s why we
enabled remote workstations for our employees to continue to meet the needs of our customers
and any other closing agents without interruption.”
