Capitalized terms shall have the meaning defined in the Terms of Service Agreement posted on the Site, unless otherwise defined herein.

PropLogix is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of its Users. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how PropLogix collects, stores, uses and protects Users’ information. It identifies the types of information PropLogix collects and how that information is used. 

This Policy may be amended at any time, and the most current policy will be posted on the Site. Please contact if you have any questions about this Policy.


PropLogix collects information related to and gathered from Users’ Site activity and information provided by Users, which may include information relating to Users’ third parties (collectively, “Information”). This could include, but is not limited to, IP address and standard web usage (ie. browser type, pages visited while on the Site, timestamps). 


PropLogix collects, uses and stores Information: 

  1. To process orders and provide the Services,
  2. To notify Users about updates relating to the Services and/or PropLogix policies,
  3. To provide information, products or services that are requested by the User,
  4. To internally analyze potential products, services, and markets,
  5. To provide information regarding potential products and services that may be of interest to the recipient of such information; if such information is provided electronically, the recipient will have the option to opt out of similar future correspondence, and
  6. To process payments.



PropLogix may disclose Information to third parties in furtherance of the provision of the Services. Additionally, PropLogix may disclose Information (i) to any of PropLogix’s affiliate, parent, subsidiary, or similarly related entities, (ii) in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of any part or all of PropLogix’s ownership interest or assets, and/or (iii) to comply with any legal obligation. 

Should PropLogix choose to share aggregated data or statistical information with any third party, such information will not contain any personal non-public information. 


“Cookies” are small text/data files that are stored by a site visitor’s hard drive or mobile device. The Site uses Cookies to help customize the User’s experience, improve access to the Site, and identify repeat visitors to the Site.  The User may disable Cookies through the User’s web browser settings, but doing so may interfere with the User’s use of the Site. 


Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of the Site. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. The Site may contain links to other sites or vendors. PropLogix is not affiliated with these parties, does not endorse or refer them, and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. To the extent that PropLogix integrates or utilizes third party platforms or software to provide the Services, such third party terms, conditions, and privacy policies shall apply. In the event that a third party vendor notifies PropLogix that a security breach has occurred, PropLogix shall notify its Users which may be adversely impacted of such security breach to the extent required by law. 


PropLogix stores and processes Information on servers located in the United States, and adheres to industry-accepted security standards. All Information is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layering) software before being transmitted. User banking and credit card information is never stored on the Site. 


The Site is an internet-based program, and while PropLogix takes security precautions to protect the Site and Information, PropLogix is not responsible for uninterrupted, error-free use of the Site. The internet is not a secure network and third parties may be able to intercept, access, use or corrupt the information transmitted over the internet. We are not responsible for transmission errors, or corruption, interception or security of Users’ data. The User is responsible for ensuring that the User’s hardware and software is compatible with use of the Site.
