Our dedicated team of curative resolution specialists work on each order to determine the lender/successor responsible for the missing/erroneous information within 24 hours of receiving all documentation. We then provide an estimated ‘Next Contact Date ‘which outlines the initial research time of that lender/successor. We follow up with that institution multiple times per week for updates and provide information to our customers regarding the steps we have taken even if the lender has not completed the request.
We understand the importance of obtaining this information for the closing, so every request is marked as urgent. You can rest assured knowing that we are doing our absolute best to obtain your resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible to get you to the closing table.
