Chances are, if an agent has already requested a release/information from a lender and then PropLogix goes in to make the same request, it could delay the whole process.

Even if you haven’t had any communication from the lender, it is possible that the request is being processed and the lender will most likely send the requested information directly back to you before sending it to PropLogix if you were the one who made the initial request before getting us involved.  

If that is the case, our services will no longer be needed, but the fee will still be owed if PropLogix has researched or rendered any services trying to get the information themselves.

We do ask that our services be used exclusively in order to avoid confusion, speed up the process, and provide true value to our customers for the service rendered.
