Our fee for this service is $295 per issue (lien/mortgage) and this fee would only be waived in the event that the successor or signing authority refuses to sign a release. If an order is canceled prior to our research being completed, our fee is still due for work performed. We begin every order within 24 hours of receipt of all documentation and provide updates on steps taken throughout the process.
